Buying or selling a home comes with deadlines. Share your inspection timeline, and we’ll confirm availability and coordinate your 48-hour test, pickup, and certified laboratory analysis. Your digital report typically arrives within 1–2 business days after pickup, with personal guidance to help you understand the findings.
