Hello everyone, my name is Moises. I’m a Philadelphia native who has always loved working with my hands and diving into the "how" behind the science of things. The first time I ever heard the word "Radon" was when my wife and I purchased our first home. During the inspection, we were offered a radon test. That small moment sparked a massive curiosity in me. A short while later, I found myself undergoing specialized training to learn how to mitigate and control radon entry in residential and commercial properties.

I went on to spend over four years working as a lead technician and trainer for a radon mitigation firm in the city. During that time, I created hundreds of custom radon system designs and helped fix radon issues in hundreds of homes. However, throughout this time, I noticed a startling pattern. Almost every homeowner I met said the same thing: "I’ve never even heard of radon until just now."

Some of these families had been living in their homes for over 30 years without a clue. Others were first-time buyers just learning about this radioactive gas from a real estate agent.

This journey involved intensive professional training, passing state-mandated exams, and developing a comprehensive Quality Assurance plan.
